At Cuckoo Grill on Mansfield Road, Nottingham, we're passionate about one thing: proper chargrilled chicken. Our free-range birds are brined in-house for 24 hours, finished on the chargrill with bold marinades, and served alongside scratch-made, double-fried skin-on fries. My new favourite chicken place! I was greeted warmly when I came it, given a full explanation of the menu and the fact that all the food is fresh to order, featuring original sauces using fresh herbs etc. I ordered the combo with the boneless thighs and then extra rice. You can instantly tell the good quality of the dips and marinade on the chicken, and the chips are skin on and salted perfectly. The portions are really generous and I had to take some home (I got a takeaway box no issues). I'll def being going back and recommending it to everyone.

This was some of the best chicken i’ve ever had! And their side dishes were incredible as well, I could taste the freshness and quality in everything and their dips were insane!!! The truffle dip was my favorite for sure 🤩 Can’t wait to be back as this is definitely becoming my new go-to spot for good food.
